Hacking Can’t play animal crossing

Hello all, I used to use incognitorcm and atmosphere to play emulators on my switch without the fear of getting banned however I decided not to use it anymore and restore the backup made in incognitorcm and ‘clean’ my nand I can connect to the eshop however when I try to go online in animal crossing I get the error 2154-0107 with the message “A server communication error has occurred” and I can’t seem to fix it. And I am turning to this community for help because I am genuinely worried that I am banned and I want to make sure if I’m not and if not try to fix the issue. I have tried using a google dns but that didn’t work.

Encountering the same error when I restored the clean NAND. My guess is that it's a ban and somewhere along the lines, either Switch is able to identify a console even with Incognito, somehow the 90DNS allowed some connections to go through or you've accidentally connected to the internet while switching between WiFi connection or changing from 90DNS to Incognito RCM.

tl;dr maybe get a new switch
