How do I do it? Is there a specific step on the guide linked or do I have to follow another procedure?

download mini pasta and install it ( its a homebrew for hbl just place it in /3ds folder) https://gbatemp.net/threads/need-hax-2-x-pasta-loader.400752/#post-5756850
then choose it frrom hbl and it will reboot your 3ds in pasta mode
then you must have fbi in hbl then after the reboot after you choose mini pasta you can install titles in sysnand using fbi!!!

Part 3 to be specific... just skip the steps where you back up your SD files and make a RedNand, as EmuNand works for the guide

You'll have to switch to another CFW (in other words Luma ) be able to play GBA games...

A9LH is excellent. I had it since it came out in Febuary, haven't looked back since.
Brick proofing (not 100% though), updated SysNAND, 100% Bootrate, quick loading times.

Just install luma3ds!!! It has the bonus of overclocking your 3ds!!!

(you need the common and the menuhax/browserhax files)
From options you should choose:
n3ds cpu speed: clock
show current nad in system settings
Show GBA boot screen in patched AGB_FIRM (if you want the gba games to start with the gba logo)

You've already done the riskiest part, which is DGing to 9.2
The A9LH guide is essentially brickproof

No its not!!! there is still a small chance to brick your 3ds but its really smaller than downgrading to 9.2!!!
