Cant load CFW

I have a problem loading atmosphere. Prior to this, my nintendo switch v1 was running SX OS 3.1.0 and OFW 11.0.1. Updated OFW to version 15.0.1, forgetting to uninstall SX OS. Now, when downloading to the atmosphere, it gives an error "Title ID 524850534F53454D". I reinstalled NAND from the donor, but the error is still there.
if i create emunand will it help?

If I remember correct if you use a donor NAND you would run into this type of issue where you would need a new prod info, in your case you have to generate a new prodinfo to fix your problem.
