I am on 6.2 with Atmosphere 0.8.3-1d0efbf, tried to play Zelda, Observer, Bayonetta, SSB - they show me Nintendo splash and freeze with black screen
Smaller games works fine (Onimusha works fine too, but it is bigger than bayonetta, that did not work). I tried launch big games from NAND and from SD - same thing.

I have Fire Emblem Warriors on cartrige - it is did not work. Street Fighter Ultra 2 show me ingame splash and freezes too. In OFW same thing
On OFW on FE I got an error "The software was closed because an error occured", SF just freeze on black screen

I tried to swap NAND - nothing changed. I tried to downgrade console with old Rajcosto method and update with CDNX. Nothing changed

And the last strange thing - Atmosphere boots without splahs on 6.2 (boots with fuse2 strings), but on other my consoles splash shows.

UPD: I tried ARMS and Snipperclips on cartrige - they give me an error on OFW too

Are all of those games installed on your sd card? That could be the problem. I remember someone has the same issue as you only to find out he had bought a fake card.

Some new information - I cannot launch linux on my console. I tried with 3 different cards, but still nothing. I think I got console with somе issues in RAM. Does anyone have memtest payload

FAT32 has 4GB file size limit but ExFAT is prown to file corruption so when dumping games split them into multiple files
This is not fat32 issue. I already intslled games and they did not work - console freeze or I got an error. Games on cartridge did not work too. Games on NAND too

Try this:
Backup your files and emunand.
Delete partition and format in exfat (full format.
