Multiple issues with Switch driving me mad...

Looking for help with repeating errors deeming switch unplayable.

To cut a long story short, I started have issues with installing a game and having tried numerous things I wiped my SD and started afresh. Well this now seems to have been a mistake rather than trying to solve the root cause of that issue.

So here's the deal as it stands:
Can't play a game on OFW, as it either freezes or I get the following error.

I deleted all my games and when trying to reinstall (download from Store), I get this error:

When trying to play a game on CFW (EmuMMC), I either get different Atmosphere error crash screens (pictured below) or the switch just freezes and requires a reset

Things I Know:
Switch Oled with RP2040
OFW is on FW 21.2.0
CFW (EmuMMC) is on 21.2.0
Atmosphere 1.10.2
Newest Hekate pack - 2026-01-16-a06c1cf
Fuse count is 22 for 22

Tried a new SD and same issues persist so I'm not sure whats going on, as I've gone from a fully working system for years to an unusable one.

Happy to upload any more info required to diagnose the issue.

Can't you play 1 particular game or none of your games in OFW?
Can you play cartridges?

2168-0002 is a network issue from Atmosphere.
Did you maybe blank out your serial number / PRODINFO?
Atmosphere doesn't allow that anymore and will crash if you do so.

2168-0001 is usually related to mods and overlays like sys-con.
If you have a folder /atmosphere/contents with numbers in it, just delete those folders.

Sounds like a problem with the SD reader, do you get the 1-bit mode error in Hekate?

I want to say no, The images I've posted are all the errors I've received. But I’m going to keep an eye out now for any different ones.

Thanks for this info, it seems to have worked (touch wood).
Cartridge games seem to work just fine now, didn't change anything in Ofw so who knows how it fixed itself.

I deleted the whole contents folder and now CFW seems to be working just fine.
