Hacking Cant install PS3HEN on slim CECH-30XX

Heya, I got my first PS3 2 days ago and I am trying to install PS3HEN on it from consolemods.org's guide. I make sure to delete all the necessary stuff, turn off the browser exit confirmation, but either:
- It reaches 100% then tells me "Exploit initilazation failed!"
- It shows "Preparing..." at a random point which softlocks my console.

Any help?

Did you install the HFW prior to try the web browser exploit? Not sure if the page let you even start if you don't have HFW, but no harm in ask. Try also save the page on the bookmarks with select button, then press triangle and clear cache and cookies.
If that no work, you can try Alternate method that uses Remote Play to install hen.
Edit: I just saw the guide, and they use another page, and the alternate method. You can try the official ps3xploit page maybe have better luck there. Try the auto installer, and if that fails, then try Alternate method.
