Hacking cant create new epsp bubbles on sd2vita

hello lovely people

when i run the epsp bubble installer
no bubbles get installed on sd2vita

any help would be greatly appreciated

Are you using SD2Vita as ux:0? You can't create bubbles on uma:0.

yes i am using sd2vita as ux:0

You are activated right? And your act.dat hasn't gotten deleted

yes i am activated ,the act.dat is not deleted
also i can go in to adrenaline with no problems

I had a weird problem earlier with molecular shell and vita shell disappearing until updating database

i have tried updating the database
same problem

could it be something to do with the config text

then after adrenaline says cant start this application

its becoming a nightmare

sd2vita enzo adrenaline epsp bubbles
everything

if anyone needs help please ask
