Hardware Can't connect joycon wirelessly

Recently I downgraded my switch to 3.0.0 and then restored it to 5.1.0. Today I tried to use my joycons in docked mode but... they are not working?
They are fine in handheld, working flawlessly, but when I detach them and try to sync them with my switch they will not connect or recognize it. The switch itself can't even find the joycons when I click the little button at the side. Is there a way to delete the joycon sync data or something like that?
