Homebrew Can't access Hourglass9 to restore my nand

I'm trying to access it from arm9loaderhax by holding start on boot but it keeps displaying the "Failed to mount CTRNAND" screen instead of loading arm9loaderhax

Do you have the arm9loaderhax.bin on root?

Using official or nightlies?

Do you have dev mode features on?

devmode features are off from my luma3ds config
using arm9loaderhax.bin from luma3dsv6.6.zip
i have arm9loaderhax.bin on root
