I am doing a mock trial for school and I am the crown lawyer who is prosecuting Stephen Harper for proroguing parliament twice.
Right now, I'm trying to make my argument so that it shows Stephen Harper only prorogued the parliament to save himself from losing his position.
What I need help with is that the defense is going to say how the coalition is supported by a separatist group, and I was wondering what I could say to counter that point.
I'm sorry if the way I typed this is confusing, I’ve been researching this topic for a while and I still don’t really understand how I’m supposed to win.
I'm also sorry if I somehow offend someone's political views, that was not my purpose.
