Jagmeet Singh IS a fraud. His speech of fighting the rich while riding his Maserati, yea sure.Is it a habit for you to have others do your homework for you? It's not exactly hidden or anything at this point. He's a pretty big douche. Some people like douches, and enjoy a douche as their leader. There's nothing that can be done about that. Just to shine a light on their doucheyness.
He called Jagmeet Singh as "a fake, a phony, and a fraud."
He called a reporter a "tax-funded mouthpiece to the PMO".
He called Trudeau a "Wacko" and lead to Canadian deaths, which they did not.
His "Axe the tax" slogan really doesn't have any details behind it. Just as you said, a buzz word that people want to hear.
Same thing goes with his “bring it home” and "common sense policy" slogans. All bluster without actual details.
He says the housing issue is due to municipal zoning laws. To fix it he wants to cut federal infrastructure funds to non-compliant cities. Not sure how that helps. I doubt he does either.
He says he wants to defund specific media outlets, but gives no details on which or why. Just punishing people he doesn't like.
Yep, a lot of people do it (Not all, but a lot). But the way he carries himself, it just feels even more slimy. The fact that Poilievre has never had a real job outside of being a politician is a big red flag for me.
The "tax-funded mouthpiece" reporter, I guess it was a reporter from Radio-Canada? Whenever I hear them talking, Mark Carney is perfect and won all debate, even the one in french. And by the way, he doesn't speak french.
As for Trudeau "being a wacko", iirc, he called his politics "wacko".
The "axe the tax" id about the carbon tax, which afaik, did nothing good so far.
The "Common sense" buzzword, don't tell me that doubling the debt, inflating housing and food price that much is common sense. And don't tell me that Mark Carney will do anything different than Trudreau. Carney was already close to the government and the whole team behind the scene is the exact same.
Ok it's buzzword too, but don't tell me that Carney has shown anything better than Poilievre.
For the housing problem, there is a major problem of bureaucracy. And that job is indeed slowed by municipalities (zoning and all).
Defunding media outlet, 100% he's talking about Radio-Canada. They said Carney won all debate (even the one in french, even though he doesn't speak french), do you know why? If he gets elected, he will increase their budget by yet another 150M$. I wonder why...
Also, ok, he never really left the Chamber of Commons, so what? How is that a red flag?
I see a bigger red flag with Mark Carney, who doesn't even try to hide that he doesn't pay his fair share of taxes. You want that guy to become Prime Minister?
