Apple Can you restore on a ios 6 backup on 5.1.1?

I am going to downgrade from 6.1.3 to 5.1.1 but I was wondering can I restore my data from 6.1.3 to 5.1.1? I am using an iTunes backup not iCloud
I just want game and app data

Yeah it is possible, all you need to do is edit the metadata of the backup. Somewhere in there it will say version 6.1.3 just edit it to say 5.1.1.

I don't know the specifics but a bit of googling will prob help you with that one

Thanks, realized i dont have shsh blobs for 5.1.1 though, it was for another device but I thought it was for that one
