Was wondering if you could pull files off of 3ds (onto a PC) put them on a R4 cart or code i directly on a PC and put it on the cart.
Can you put Smile Basic games on a R4 Cart?

If you're referring to 3ds games, then no. R4s are not able to run 3ds roms of any sort.

Nah the op is asking if you can put smile basic files on the R4 sd card instead of using the sd card in the 3ds. Anyhoo the answer is still no.
