No, because Spider browser can't even be launched on the N3DS.

You downgrade the entire console to get the OTP, not just the browser.

Nope. The browser is just an applet, and the spider exploits rely on other system software components to pull them off.

I dont think that's even possible since the New3DS searches for a different title ID than the Spider browser's title ID. (It searches for the Skater browser's title ID, which is completely different from the Spider browser's.)

Because in 2.1, the OTP was left unprotected and you could dump it with enough permissions, but it was patched after 3.0.
