ROM Hack can somone complie pk3ds?

You dont have to compile it, there are compiled versions under the releases tab.

Sorry, I really tried but I'm getting a signature error for some reason. You can run it if you install the Visual Studio IDE, just open its pk3ds.sln in Visual Studio and click the Start arrow, that's what I tried to compile it with, the latest ran fine. Visual Studio is huge and took me an hour to install.
