Can migrate pokemon in twillight from gen 4 to gen 5?

I was wondering if I use twilight menu on 3ds, will it be possible to migrate pokemon from gen 4 to gen 5 using 3ds and ds.
Is it possible to migrate pokemon using twilight menu?

If you have the original carts, you can do that in-game.

If you are running the games off your SD card, then you will have to use PKSM on your 3DS, or pkhex on a PC.
