Is it possible to port PokeMMO to 3ds or New 3ds XL?

Is it possible to port PokeMMO to 3ds? I wanna know if it's possible because it's pretty much 4 genertations of pokemon in one game and it's online. All four gens they have are from gameboy advance and DS games(All four gens are also 2D if that makes it easier to port.)

Unless the game is open-source, any port would require an absolutely arduous (and borderline impossible) reverse-engineering effort to completely decompile the game. And even then the 3DS is woefully underpowered and probably will not be capable of running most games.

So, no.
