I tried installed on wii using wad manager,but can't play it, always returen to main menu after launched.

and I have difficult to find the right cios to play it.

the cIOS has nothing to do with the game. You mopst likely are missing an IOS required by contra. I'm assumiong its either Ios 38, 53 or 55

just go through the 4.0 guide to bring your wii up to speed. That way you should have any ios files you're missing.
