Homebrew Question Can I load mods/custom skins on an emulated game(lakka/dolphin?)

If I were to emulate a game(that I own) on my switch, is there a way to customize the romfs? An example being MKWII. Can I play with mods while emulating?
Can it be done on Lakka or Retroarch???

Great! I just wish Dolphin would work on Switch--I can't get it to work, sadly

try switchroot android for dolphin
also, to add mods to mkwii, you have to find a patched .iso of .wbfs
