ROM Hack Question Can I get usable files from my non-hacked Switch's external microSD?

I got my switch in December 2019, so as far as I know, I can't hack it. I want to play one of my games in an emulator and I wanted to know if I could somehow manually extract/decrypt the files I need from the external micro SD card I have in my switch on PC. Can I somehow turn the .nca files I see into a playable game backup on my computer or is this only doable through a hacked switch?

No, the data is encrypted unless you hack it, all model is hackable now a day with the SX Core/Lite modchip but it is hard to find one now a day.
