Homebrew Can I format my SD card on a DSi with HyaCFW to use SD card on different DS?

Can I simply format the SD card that has hiyaCFW and Unlaunch + TwiLight Menu to use it on a different DS? Are there any consequences to doing this?

Another question:

Will formatting the SD card effectively render my current DS as stock?

So if I want to re install CFW on my regular DSi, do I just refollow the DSi hacks guide again but skip the Unlaunch step? What I am saying is, is Hiya CFW and Twilight Menu treated as CIAs like on 3DS, where deleting them won't do any harm?
