Hacking Can I Convert a GW ROM save to cia save?

So I've done a ton of reading but haven't really found anything relevant so is it possible that I could convert my Fantasy life ROM save to work on the CIA I installed of FL today? I have savedatafiler, but it says that the ctr card is broken and won't let me move it to the SD. I just want to know if I have that option since I would recover 24 hours worth of play time. Instructions would be appreciated. I'm on firmware 4.5 with 9.4 emunand if that helps answer my question.
