Homebrew Can emulators load from the 2nd usb partition?

I just re-formatted my drive with my first partition WBFS and the 2nd one FAT32 (for loading roms). Now most of the emulator, like gen plus, won't read from usb. I'm guessing because it's the 2nd partition. Is there any way around this without re-formatting my drive? Would cfg loader still load the wbfs partition if its the 2nd one?

This morn woke up n seen cops and ambulance at his house, so I walked over there just in time, they were bout to bust down his front door, said they got a 911 call then open line. So I open door n his house phone was off hook on kitchen counter. Somehow one his cats knocked phone off hook and dialed 911.
