Quickest way to do it without the hassle of SNEEK? Uninstall your System Menu IOS, reboot, then roll back to an earlier version. For example, if your system menu IOS is 70, uninstall it, shut down your Wii completely, restart then install IOS 30. Then repeat the process in reverse. Works every time!

Note: Having Bootmii installed may prevent this from working, make sure you remove it first. You can skip this step if you have IOS 69 or IOS 420 installed.
