Homebrew Can anyone help me fix GBA VC?

Everytime I exit out of a GBA game, it goes back to a regular home menu, instead of going back to Emunand. Help?

Uh, it's normal, because it reloads 3DS mode: same as leaving safe mode (config/system settings) or DSi mode (DSiware or DS card)!

In fact, it's more important because only back in 3DS mode the save is copied from the temporary partition to SD!
