I think you need Reggie and WiiScrubber in order to edit levels, then insert them into the ISO. I believe Riivolution can also replace the files on the fly, however I lack a disc drive to actually try this method. Scrubber seems to work just as well last I tried. I believe there's a site somewhere with a database for uploading hacked stages and tilesets as well.

Leiji looks to be quite outdated judging by the comments on that thread. Probably best to use Riivolution if you're legit or just wiiscrub em in.

I would recommend you Riivolution, since it's the easiest solution for N00bs like you. Though, since you are a pirate and don't own the original, have it the hard way, I'll let you figure it out alone, enjoy.

Something tells me level editing isn't going to work out for you. I don't know what it is, exactly. Perhaps the fact that you have trouble finding the very first google hit on "reggie wii".

(this takes me back to when I was reviewing levels for the game UT2004. There were quite some guys who somehow thought that a basic cubicle room with the default texutre, one light (without source), one respawning point and two dozen weapons somehow made "a good deathmatch level". But at least those guys knew how to compile their frigging map).
