Hacking cakesfw boots to black screen

i followed this guide word for word on my new 3ds 9.2 and everytime i try to boot cakesfw in hbl it goes to a black screen

Go to the cakes release thread, an update was released a month or so ago. There's a link in the comments (by the author of cakes) to the new file and hopefully he edited the original post also. Also make sure you're using the correct firmware.bin for new 3DS.
