Gaming buying a used Vita, can i keep games on card?

Been offered a 16gb PS vita with 5 games for my Nexus 7. It also has metal gear and f1 on the memory card. Is there any way of transferring them to PC via content manager and reloading or will they not work once I sign in with my own psn details (its my second Vita).
I have an iPad 3 and just feel the nexus is too small.

If the games aren't on your account, it won't work. I could be wrong since I never tried it myself but it probably won't due to no gamesharing on the Vita.

What on earth has that got to do with the games on a Vita memory card? I dont want the Nexus..hence trading for a Vita.
If you mean buy a new Vita..where on earth could I get a vita with 5 games, case, trigger grip and 16 card for £180 which is what i paid for the Nexus...and I would get less as it is used.

If you change account on the Vita(So your account is active) his content won't work anymore.

Even if you transfer you content it says that the original user needs to be active on the PS Vita.

Anyway, it's crap that there's no way to transfer the games. You (well he, but I mean a general you) pay for them, you should be able to give them away/sell them.

I know...one of the games is Metal Gear collection....i have to buy it again.
Actually didnt work with Stardrone...i backed up my copy and Sony refunded my online purchase removing it from my download list. Copied it back over with content manager and it ran fine.
Doubt I will have such luck with Metal Gear. At least I can try it out for free.
