Hacking Buying a Chip, Helps

so far i have checked around and found openwii, now i kinda like openwii because i dont have to rely on one team to bring me updates and other functions, i found this chip http://www.atvgc.com/shop/details.php?id=15 already programmed with openwii 2.2 with dvd upgrade capabilities, now my question is should i get openwii or should i get another chip?

openwii 2.2 has a load of bugs in it. it basically goes corrupted and the only way to fix it is to pull out the chip and re-program it with an sp12 programmer on your computer. I don't think they are ever planning on releasing and bugfixes or updates again either. I replaced my openWii with a Wi-IC chip and I will never go back, this little thing even has the DVD update, and it has never crapped out on me! WooT!
