Hardware Buttons under touchscreen lost sensitivity

Hello, this is my first post.

I have had my 3ds since the Tuesday after release. Everything was working fine. This morning I tried using my Home button and it wasn't working. I can get it to work by pressing really hard and finagling till I get a response but it was not like this ever before. Has anybody noticed a decrease in the sensitivity of these buttons. Is there anyway I could get it repaired?

NO issues with mine.

All you can do is send it to Nintendo, they will repair it for free.

I'm running into a similar problem. I have a very hard time soft resetting DS games because the buttons dont seem to respond without a lot of pressure. If it becomes more of a problem I will probably have to spend it in.
