Homebrew BrowserHax not working (O3DSXL, 9.2.0)

Title says it all. I'm trying to downgrade to dump my OTP and get CFW, however, I can't seem to access HBL on 9.2.0 to install menuhax. BrowserHax has not successfully loaded once, and it's my only way in. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
