Hacking Browser exploit help - error 112-2600

I'm running 5.5.1 US. Everything was working fine a few days ago, now when I try to launch the browser exploit from any number of different sites I'm getting an error message 112-2600.

Any suggestions please?

Did you try loadiine.ovh?
If yes, then there's something wrong with your network.

Yes tried loadiine.ovh, the site loads but the video doesn't. Nothing has changed on my home network.

delete the internet connection on your wii u and connect to the internet again

Well deleting the internet connection didn't help, but switching to self-hosted did! =)

I'm not sure if I should conclude my ISP is blocking the exploit? Or perhaps the anti-malware feature on my router.
