Did you try another SD? Did you try a system reset (do a backup before)?

Edit: Did you try writing back your old backup NAND (you can backup saves with homebrew)? You can do this without losing A9LH

no i didnt and i dont a fan i know i can save the saves but reinstall 32 gb of games...

Well, try it in the order from least annoying to most annoying until something works. I don't know what else to tell you except make another backup now so you can always go back...

Is your date/time set correctly? It seems like it's trying to load an exploit.
I'd just cut internet and then quickly go to initialize browser data.

3dsnus dont create the cia if i put the 6144 version i dont know why with the 7184 works
https://yls8.mtheall.com/ninupdates/titlelist.php?date=03-14-16_08-00-58&sys=ktr&reg=P&soap=1

In this page you can find the browser title id + version number associated to each firmware update.
Try with anyone if you can get the cia, install it and try to update firmware again, so the browser gets fixed at last.
If you cannot, google the title id and the version number or the firmware associated to it.
That's everything i can think of, sorry

Not sure if it's the same error but I couldn't go online yesterday and it turned out to be a Luma3DS bug. Try updating to the latest version from here. All you have to do is replace the arm9loaderhax.bin file, worth a shot.
ty but im already using latest version isnt a luma bug it´s mine
