ROM Hack Broken streetpass programm

So, I have a9lh + luma3ds installed, on version 11.3 All's well, but I just recently received a game from streetpass. I don't know why or how, but it just showed up, and it's broken. it looks like this:

Can't upload because the picture is too big.
Anyone know how to fix it?

you received it with SpotPass and not StreetPass
look in System Settings and delete it

That's part of the problem, I can't find it anywhere. It's not in software, additional content/data, nowhere. (not sure if that's what it's called in english, got a dutch one)
