I have bootmii set up on my sd card, I don't think I have a NAND backup. After looking around myself I found out that I didn't need to do that.

Evidently you did need to do that, as if you had you could've just gone back to your non-messedup state instead of trying to fix it.

If you ever do get things running right again, please, as soon as you're sure everything's working right, MAKE A NAND BACKUP

I meant that I didn't need to go back to 4.1 to use USB loader GX. Not that I didn't need a NAND backup, is there a NAND backup online I could download that would work?

It is dangerous to use other's NAND backup. Different Wii has different bad blocks on its NAND, so if critical IOS is written on bad block it won't work. Worst case you can corrupt boot2 on a bad block and the Wii is not fixable.

Install IOS80-v6944 and System Menu 4.3E, see if it can fix.

It has less wii anti hack stuff
So? 4.2 has Banner Bomb and 4.3 has Letter Bomb.

I have to correct myself, you don't even need to be on 4.1 to do generic region changing. You only need to downgrade/stay to 4.1 if you plan to region change to/from Korean Wii. Other than that there is no reason to specifically downgrade to 4.1.

4.1 has region free disc loading via modchip or dip patch
4.1 has bannerbomb v1
4.1 has bannerbomb v2
4.1 has wilbrand
4.1 has disc exploits, in any region since you can region free via modchip or dip.

Anyways, this OP's issue was addressed in post #2. Nothing more needed to be done.

Personally I have 4.1 because I can. I have had 1.0 and prelaunch, but they just don't work as well as 4.1. There is no difference between 4.1 and 4.2/4.3, only anti hack by N, and since both 4.2 and 4.3 update have intentionally and unintentionally bricked may wii's, I will hate it forever. But that is just me.

Also you are rather confused on your facts, region changed Korean wii's can run any system menu they like, in any region they like, prelaunch-4.3 without issue, assuming you follow good advice.
