Ok this is what happened to me...
I got my wii hacked the old Legends of Zelda way.
I have been on 3.2U with the 3.3U safe update using Wii Gamma v3 with Starfall up intil this past Sept. when my son got a Original Scooby-Doo game which didn't work and asked on here and was told to use the NeoGamma Loader which I found v7 and poof everything was working great. We had some older back-up games like...Mario Kart,Mario Party8, Skate It, Mario Slugger, that worked on the older loader.Which my son tried to play the other day and said they wouldn't work anymore,I tried and was also not able to get them working either. So being the dad I am looked around and found out that I needed to update, so I emailed the person who has the files and got the ntscupdate.zip,I put all the Wads in my Wad folder on my SD card, put the Wad Manager v1.5 (I believe) in the apps folder, then ran the Wad Manager via the HBC and got all them wads to install ok.... So now I'm on 4.2U and everything seems ok,untill I remember reading to stay on 4.1U,so I thought I would roll back my wii by unstalling the IOS60-64-v6400.wad and unstalling System Menu-NUS-v481.wad I then located and installed IOS60-64-v6174 [TB+ES_diV+NAND].wad aswell as System Menu-NUS-v449.wad thinking I'm going back to 4.1U.
Well now NOTHING at all when we start the Wii.
HELP PLEASE !!!

*sigh*
You uninstalled the sytem menu and IOS.
Let me compare it to this.
What would happen if you uninstalled the Operating System menu on your PC, it wouldn't work, right?
Thats basically what you did to your Wii.
Send it to Nintendo.

I'm guessing you never installed bootmii and made a nand backup before you decided to fiddle with all this?

Yes I guess but it did say it installed IOS60-64-v6174 [TB+ES_diV+NAND].wad aswell as System Menu-NUS-v449.wad OK
I then restarted my Wii and now has nothing

No I was under the impression that Starfall would do all this for me

why did everybody wants to downgrade??????? when it works, don't downgrade...

send it to nintendo..

You need a functioning Wii to install anything, so the answer is there is little else you can do.
Bootmii installed as boot2 is useful for scenarios such as this. It would have been able to bypass the system menu and launch the hbc, or simply restore a backed up nand. :/

You have 3 options;
1. You can either send it to nintendo and possibly get an $85+ fee for it being hacked
bullshit, they're going to charge you $85+ either way just because its out warranty.
It doesn't matter if your wii is hacked or in pieces.

Ok so what I gather you guys don't know how to install a wii's system menu.
So let me ask you all this still just a blank (black)screen on start-up... what if I was to hack a different wii,,,is there anyway to make (save) a nand backup of that wii and install it to my now empty

you cannot use another wiis nand backups to restore your own without having a high chance of bricking again i believe. there is a program called Betwiin (i think that is the name) that does make it able to use another wiis nand but i think you need your wii keys.bin file to do it.
what you could try to do i dont advise it but buy a new white one (im guessing you have a white wii) and switch the wiis round so the bricked one is the the box of the one you just bought and you have a new wii then return the bricked wii to a shop.

Thanks BUT that's NOT the answer I'm looking for

Well your questions have pretty much been answered. Your Wii is fully bricked. Unless you are ~extremely~ skilled at soldering to the nand chip, your only option is to send it back to Nintendo, or to someone who has the skills to do that.

i dont think the OP is grasping the concept here. you have shut yourself out of the wii. the only way to install anything any fix this you have removed. end of story. no software available to you will be able to fix it. its time for hardware to be used. either accept the option to install an infectious chip (which will let you fix it, but still require some work) or let nintendo use their soldering irons and shit on it. thats it.

AS of now No I Do NOT have a mod-chip....
I've been reading about the Drivekey or a Wasabi ??? Is this something I can install now and save it??? I belive the "twilight hack" was still on my Wii and the SD card,at the time of it getting bricked.
I have also got NUSD_13Beta which seems to be able to download pretty much the software I should need....System menu's as well as IOS's.
AutoBoot Wad Manager Or AutoBoot AnyRegion Changer the same type of thing as a boot disc to use???
Yes I Do have 2 GC controllers. This doesn't seem complicated...it's just that I messed it up and just would like to fix this myself instead of sending it back to Nintendo.
Someone must know something or can point me in the right dirrection.

PLEASE HELP ! ! !
