Hardware Bricked Wii 4.2E No BootMii or Priiloader

Hey guys, I have a bricked 4.2E PAL Wii with a D2E drive and Wasabi DX chip installed.

I dont know exactly how but I am led to beleive it was bricked by a software update gone wrong, but this may not be the case.

When it turns on, one blue flash of the drive and black screen. If i boot holding reset, nothing. If i boot holding all four direction of the GC pad, it says 4.2(EUR) in the corner.

Any help or advice as to what I do next?

Sounds like that bootmii boot2 is installed. Open the bootmii.ini in the bootmii folder on your sd card and set AUTOBOOT=SYSMENU to AUTOBOOT=OFF, save it and turn your wii on.
