Gaming Breath of the Wild System Update (inject)

Hi. I have dumped my genuine copy of BotW to Wii U formatted USB and when I try to start it it gets the update required message. On 5.5.3. Is it ok to update the game (assuming its a game update) as a normal download when using a non-CBHC Wii U or is there a way to edit the file to say its the right version? Thanks!

Self resolved, for anyone who stumbles on this, get ftpiiu_everywhere and edit the version via ftp although am now getting a white screen at open your eyes so would like to know how to do the update

Well my Wii U is modded and dis on the latest Firmware.... But I'm not sure the benefits of not updating to this day since Wii U will not be updated again it seems.

It's probably a game update in the disc, not a system update.

For anyone who sees this, if you have the original game, run updates from the game and install by running off disc then your installed version is latest
