This is the lowest I got the game without crashing, Sorry for the delay :/
btw I didn't have any problems with my vita frying so idk what OP is on about, there was no HDR function in Unreal Engine 3 as far as I know.
And if your using a vitamin dumped version, or a pre 1.09 mai dump it may crash at the main menu although for 1.09 mai dumped version, it seems to work just as usual.
Expect anywhere from your regular 15fps-60fps, but usually somewhere inbetween with using oclock vita. In the future I'll post a full tutorial on (https://www.reddit.com/r/vitahacks/) but for now heres the download (https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B_xk-lpxZ-kxS1RiQkt4bUNPSm8)

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

For the resolution change, it seems to crash on any version when editing the coalesed_INT.bin resX, and ResY settings but there are ways to increase/decrease resolution from editing the eboot (I'd asume using a hex editor) as a dude from (https://www.reddit.com/r/vitahacks/comments/637np7/problematic_psp_game_fixes_force_unleashed/) said he was able to edit these. Idk how he did it, might look into it later.
When is your tut coming?

Halving the resolution to PSP levels, while blurry af, it becomes more playable than even before!

I'm tring fiddling with the graphic settings using XComTools but nothing seems to work (I edit the "coalesced_int.bin" but doesn't seem to work: Postprocess is the same, FXAA is not enabled). I'll keep trying.

EDIT: I made it work. Since my game is in Spanish, I need to edit "Coalesced_ESN.bin". I halved the resolution, removed postprocessing and tweaked some other things. Seems to run far better. Still drops under 30FPS but it's a way more consistent experience, at a quality cost.

EDIT: I MADE A TUTORIAL: CLICK HERE: https://gbatemp.net/threads/fixing-borderlands-2.480713

There are two config files in game. One is for game, second is for DLC. Turning off celshading on vita will do nothing. Turn on static shadows and change down resolution. This will fix your game ;-)
You can also turn on better lighting but do NOT turn on HDR! This fry my vita :-(

And again: Im not posting any screenshots because my Vita in cook, fry is broken!
Which option is hdr? I dont want to active it but i just want to find it in the ini. Which voice\line it is? Thanks

if i were to want the map and trophy fixes, textures to be set to medium, have static shadows enabled, cap the FPS at 30 and have the Resolution be 640x368 or 720x408, what would i need to search for and change in hex or .ini?
