Hacking BootMii Not working on different SD Card

So i installed BootMii on my 1GB SD card. Worked fine and backed everything up on seperate 2GB sd card.
All of my homebrew is on the 1GB SD card, but i wanted to transfer it over to a bigger 2GB SD card. I wiped the 2gb card out. emptied it. copied over all my homebrew to the card, and it all works fine. Except for bootmii. Whenever i start the wii with the 2GB card, it doesn't go to BootMii. It just goes to Wii Menu. On my original 1GB SD card, boot mii still loads, but not on 2GB. I tried to re install boot mii with the newer 2GB card, but no sucess? Any help anyone?

Your SD is probably not compatible with bootmii.

It sounds to me that you didn't copy the bootmii folder. If you really did, try reformatting the SD to FAT.
