you can use any card compatible that is FAT32 formated but make sure you hav the needed bootmii direcory on the card and that it has at least 300MB (NAND is only 512MB) free space to be safe

    The flat lands.
It doesn't save in the bootmii folder. It saves to a file named nand.bin. Make sure you don't skip the verify process or else the backup will be 0 bytes.

i search for nand.bin, but no items to match my search. i think it there, because files on sd are 203mb, but i use 732mb of space. where is nand.bin?

I think you should backup your sd card to your pc.
Than format your sd card again with FAT.
Than copy only the bootmii folder back to your sd card.
Than try again to backup your NAND.

If it not work i think you should try another sd card.
