Hacking Boot9strap - an exception occured

I followed the Boot9strap guide here : https://3ds.guide/installing-boot9strap-(homebrew-launcher)

But now all that happens when i boot my 3DS is this :

Can this be fixed ?

Problem solved, i held Select while booting up and told it to load with payload 1 and it works

What is payload 1?

probably his boot.firm

or arm9loaderhax.bin since he said he was following the guide
