blinking blue light fix?

hey folks,

is there any fix for a blinking blue light? i don't have a backup for the console and i believe it's un-modded. Thanks.

thanks for your reply. unfortunately my soldering skills are not great. assuming i get this soldered in, do i need to load anything on the pico before i install it? and is it possible to install this with nand aid as well?

It's more simple to flash the Pico before soldering but still possible after. Ofc. it's possible with a NAND-AID, too.
