Homebrew Black screen after fresh installation of atmosphere?

Oi,

A friend of mine is having issues with launching CFW. I helped him with a fresh installation after he updated to 11.0.1 I guess? He updated his HOS this morning and CFW wasn't launching properly anymore. He is using a RCM loader. I have some information about what I installed:

Hekate latest version : 5.5.1
Atmosphere : 0.16.1
Latest Fusee Primary: On the atmosphere download page
HOS : 11.0.1?

We cannot launch the switch properly anymore. The Switch doesn't show a sign of life.

It would be greatly appreciated if someone could help my friend out with this problem.

Please, if you only criticize me or him because he updated to the latest firmware then just drop it and don't reply. He's new to all this stuff and this is a good lesson that he shouldn't update his HOS or games.

I forgot to tell that we can launch into Hekate menu with version 5.5.1. There are also no fatal errors or anything like that. Just a stupid black screen.

Atmosphere 0.16.1 only supports up to firmware 11.0. For firmware 11.0.1, you need Atmosphere 0.16.2

I'd say try to update to Atmosphere 16.2, long power off then try again. I sometimes encounter atmosphere not always booting due to my setup but a retry fixes it.
