And a lot better than some companies *cough* Bethesda *cough* that release games with game breaking flaws (save corruption, console freezing, etc) and leave them unfixed. Thus the potential 100+ hours game can be made unfinishable or, even worse, you'll lose your save very close to the end.
I'm more than satisfied for the products Bioware has made in the past from the times of Baldur's Gate I to Dragon Age and finally to the latest Mass Effect. If those games are something that make people say that the company is bad, I'd like to see a company making the expectations of good. Now off to enjoy my free additional content.
