Gaming Bionic Commando Rearmed, Remote Play from PC?

I just did a basic search on BCR, and didn't find a topic discussing this (though I did not click for the omitted results =^\)-

I was just wondering if this is at all possible, considering I'm sure there are Many psp-but-not-ps3 owners out there (myself included).
