Best mini PC config to emulate WiiU on TV

What would be the optimal mini PC config to emulate WiiU on TV?
Form factor: as small as possible (e.g. NUC) so that it fits under the TV in a cabinet
Specs: full speed / 1080p is a must, upscaling to 4k is nice to have (I would be interested to understand the impact on price)
Connectivity: ability to pair 6 bluetooth gamepads e.g. Switch Controller Pro, Joycons, Dualsense for couch coop parties
Price: optimized to play Wii U (not necessarily more)

There might not be any universal answer to it. Any experience about Wii U-able TV-hooked emulation device is welcome.

Look up CEMU System requirements and double or triple that if you want it 4k-8k I guess. Anything with decent Ryzen and Nvidia GPU. Mini PC can have a beefy spec these days. FYI, put it in TV in a cabinet will probably overheat it.

Easiest to just get a steam deck with a dock IMO
