Hacking Best Flash Card for 3DS

Just want a simple suggestion please ...

What is the best value for money flash card which is supported by the 3DS?
It also has to support SDHC

I currently have a R4i SDHC (3DS) - It's alright for now (only cost £4) but I hate the menu

I had an AceKard but it cannot update - is there somewhere where I can an upgradable one?

Speaking of best value for money, acekard 2i is your best choose. and it can support 3DS V2.1.0-4 why you can't update your ak2i, your ak2i is HW44 ? Lots of sites can provide the pre-flashed ak2i now, ,my friend received one from here : http://www.digitopz.com/acekard-2i-p-25.html pre-update and upgradable one. You cam also check shoptemp, many shops are there. Dont worry you will get a non-upgradable one, because HW44 style dont produce for long.
