I honestly dont know what to do. 4.xx is to slow and 3.xx has no mms. Can you enable mms on 3.1.3? If so that will be my dealbreaker.

MMS was actually advertised as a feature of iOS 3.0. I know AT&T started supporting MMS with iOS 3.1 and a carrier update, but I'm not sure how to go about enabling it for T-Mobile.
