Best settings for android tablet nethersx2 (OnePlus pad 3)

Hey everyone, hope you all are doing great, I would really appreciate your help as I am trying to play silent Hill 3 on nethersx2 but it lags a bit, so could anyone please advise which settings would be the best to play this game, and also for other popular game titles

The specs of my oneplus pad 3 are
snapdragon 8 elite mobile platform
12 gigs of RAM
adreno 830 GPU
144 hertz display

Make sure your using Vulkan, normally for emulators OpenGL is faster but Nether likes Vulkan. There are other settings to help but that's probably the main culprit.
